Michael Dew

Michael Dew is a Vancouver lawyer who practices in the following areas of law:
1.       Civil litigation
o        Construction law (including builders liens)
o        General commercial litigation  
o        Personal injury litigation (including motor vehicle accident claims)
2.       Criminal law (All areas, including youth criminal justice. Legal aid referrals accepted)
 
After graduating from UBC law school in 2006 Michael gained criminal law experience by completing an internship with the Provincial Crown, then clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court, and then completed his articles in Vancouver.
 
Prior to attending law school at U.B.C. Michael studied civil engineering, became registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa in 2002, and obtained four years of civil engineering work experience, focussing on structural design.
